I believe in total transparency, not high pressure sales-calls. Below you'll find the three stages of our partnership, followed by my credentials.

Alignment

Before we work together, we need to ensure we are a fit. This is a no-obligation consultation where we audit your current challenges and define your goals. With over 6 years of coaching hundreds of clients, I've learned that the most successful partnerships start with total clarity on both sides.

Deep Dive

Once we move forward, we spend an hour building your framework. Nothing we do is generic. We look at your goals, your physiological needs and your calendar and build out a map to success. We decide on the tools, the nutrition logic and the training load together.

BRIDGES

The standard in the industry is a 10-minute check-in. At BRIDGES, we've replaced that with hour-long consulting. These are non-negotiable sessions where we work alongside you to integrate the science into your week. 

We audit the previous weeks successes and pivot for the upcoming social or professional challenges. This is where the real 'bridging' happens and we turn evidence-based theory into repeatable, sustainable practice that you can eventually master on your own.

Education and CV

Executive Personal Trainer

For 5 years I worked as an executive Personal Trainer. Coaching at all levels from C-Suite clients, to stay at home parents and everything in between. Taking a data driven and holistic approach to hypertrophy and nutrition coaching. 

Fitness and Nutrition Ghost Writer

Since 2020 I've been writing editorials on Fitness and Nutrition topics across many popular fitness and health publications. Topics including sport science, biomechanics and human nutrition. 

BSc (hons) S.F.C
Open University

Bachelor of Science (honours) in Sport, Fitness and Coaching sciences. Specifically focussed on the relationship between nutrition and sports performance. 

Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach

NASM - Lvl 2, 3 and 4 Nutr.Coach

Certified in Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
